Hi, I’m Stephanie Hallum.

I’m an instructional designer, curriculum developer, and former educator who loves turning ideas into learning experiences that are clear, engaging, and genuinely useful.

Before launching Hallum Creative, I spent four years in the classroom designing curriculum, building and managing digital courses in Canvas LMS, and helping other educators use technology to create more effective learning experiences. That experience taught me what makes instructional content work—not just on paper, but with real learners.

Today, I work with education organizations, businesses, and subject-matter experts to turn their knowledge and ideas into thoughtful curriculum, courses, training, and learning resources. My work spans K–12 education, professional learning, digital learning, and training content, with projects ranging from individual resources to larger curriculum and course development.

I bring the perspective of both an educator and a content professional to every project. That means thinking about learning objectives and instructional strategy while also paying close attention to writing, organization, usability, and the details that make a finished product feel polished.

Whether I’m developing a full curriculum, organizing an online course, or turning complex subject matter into something learners can actually use, my goal is the same: turning ideas into impact.

Beyond the Work

When I’m not working on Hallum Creative, I’m usually spending time with my husband and daughter, planning our next trip, or finding another creative project to get excited about.
